Billing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won’t be charged.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, starting when your trial ends. Your card is charged automatically each month and you receive an emailed receipt.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account settings or by emailing hello@ecomeezy.com. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods supported by our payment processor in your country.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. See the refund & cancellation policy for the details.
